These babies are incredibly easy to make, here’s our quick guide for delicious tater tot breakfast omelet bites! They are packed with eggs and lots of cheesy goodness.

Directions:

1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and grease your muffin tins.

2) Bake tater tots for 15 minutes. chop up ingedients.

Toppings: bacon, spinach, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, basil – any of your favorite pizza toppings!

3) Remove taters from the oven, lower oven temperature to 350 degrees. Add toppings.

4) Whisk together 8 eggs and 1/4 cup milk. Pour eggs in each tin. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Voila!

    Absolutely! I would use one of these silicone muffin pans for dealing with frozen contents.
