A quick and easy snack or lunch time wrap.

You’ll Need:

150g (1/2 cup) cheese and chives dip
2 pieces wholemeal lavash bread
1 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
60g (1 cup) alfalfa and broccoli sprouts


1. Spread cheese and chives dip over bread.

2. Sprinkle carrot, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts.

3 .Starting from one narrow end, roll up firmly to form a log.

4. Poke with toothpicks & cut into strips for party snacks, or keep whole as a lunch roll.
