Low Calorie Double Chocolate Muffins

What a delectable dessert option, I love how these muffins come out like yummy cupcakes.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

1 3/4 cup of old fashioned oats
3 egg whites
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup hot water
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup truvia baking blend
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

1. Line muffin pan with foil cupcake liners, or spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
2. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Mix all ingredients together in blender (not the chocolate chips) on low. Blend mixture until smooth.
4. Place mixture in liners about 3/4 the way full. Once batter is in liners, place chocolate chips on top.
5. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 min.
