Ingredients:

  • 1 Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits can
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese (you can also use your favorite cheese)
  • Olive oil
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Oregano/Italian Seasoning
  • Salt

21 Cheesy Biscuits Recipe

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Open can of biscuits and flatten each one
  3. Put 2 chunks of cheese (about 1 inch squares each) in the middle of each biscuit then close and seal shut
  4. Place sealed side down on greased baking sheet
  5. Brush olive oil on top Sprinkle oregano, parmesan and salt over each oiled biscuit
  6. Bake for 11 minutesBroil for 1-2 minutes to brown top (they will still be soft)
  7. Brush a little more olive oil on top and sprinkle with some more parmesan
