Chipotle & Lime Fish Tacos

Are you looking for a low calorie healthy weight loss meal that stills packs some delicious punch? Grilled fish tacos are one of my families favorite eat with your hands seafood recipe! Follow these easy steps..

#1: The Marinade

Mix a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil, two tablespoons of lime juice, one and a half teaspoons of honey, a half teaspoon of cumin, two tablespoons of white vinegar, a half teaspoon of chili powder, two teaspoons of lime zest, two chopped segments of garlic, a half teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of seafood seasoning and one teaspoon of hot pepper sauce in a bowl. Cut one pound of tilapia fillets into chunks and put them in a low dish. Pour the marinade over it, cover and put it in the fridge for about six hours.

#2: The Dressing

In a bowl, add a half cup of adobo sauce from chipotle peppers and an eight ounce tub of sour cream.

Next, put in two teaspoons of lime zest, some salt and pepper, a quarter teaspoon of cumin, half a teaspoon of seafood seasoning, two tablespoons of lime juice and aquarter teaspoon of chili powder. Cover and put in fridge.

 #3: Cooking/Assembling

Place the marinated fish into a thin baking dish and cook for about ten minutes at three hundred and fifty degrees.

Take one package of tortillas and place the desired amount of fish on each one.

Add whatever toppings you’d prefer like tomatoes, cabbage, cilantro, etc.
